Steering Committee
The Steering Committee serves as the governing body guided by the “Terms of Reference” and is responsible for organizing, guiding, and representing the RSFC. The Steering Committee meets regularly and strives for transparency, collaboration, and community consultation. Its key responsibilities include:
- Setting short- and long-term goals for the caucus
- Organizing meetings, cultural events, dialogues, and professional development sessions
- Managing communications and engagement with members
- Liaising with senior leadership and the Office of Equity and Inclusion
- Reviewing and recommending advocacy priorities
- Ensuring accountability and alignment with the caucus's mission and values
